Where will the Solar Eclipse will be when it comes to your town and will it be a total eclipse ?
This website listed below gives a lot of very good detail of the upcoming solar eclipse on April 8th 2024. While I can tell you Maryland will not experience a total solar eclipse there will be some notice of it. I plan on being out with my Telescope and the necessary gear to take pictures of the eclipse without frying my eyeballs out!!!! I will post that information as well on this page in case you want to take a crack at it. As the event gets closer I will be publishing more information.
